Your order will be delivered at the address your shipping address as mentioned in your order through a trackable courier service. You will get SMS updates on status of the delivery at every stage.

Currently we offer two payment methods. Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 6 to 7 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take more time during busy holiday season or our mega sales events or due to any unforeseen reason beyond the control of Ornatez or our courier partners.

We charge flat delivery charges Rs.250 for every parcle . This includes a safe packaging to avoid the damage to products during delivery and shipping charges. 

If price was reduced within 2 days of your purchase date, you are entitled for a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please WhatsApp us or send us an email quoting your order number, item purchased and difference in price and we will issue a credit voucher. Please note that this does not apply on products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance and Special Sale events.

Do Not Worry. Please make a video while unboxing / opening the parcel. If product has any damage, we shall send a brand-new replacement product. No claim without video proof will be processed.

Usually we do not offer international deliveries and shipments as of now. But in special cases and high value orders, we can arrange international deliveries to selected countries. In such cases product price plus delivery charges (as per actual) will be paid by the costumer in advance. Please get in touch with us before placing order for more details.
